Sprig's all natural bourbon vanilla extract derives its signature flavour from the finest vanilla beans grown in madagascar. Using a proprietary process, our vanilla beans are crafted into a rich and delicious extract redolent with fruit and floral notes. Growing and processing real vanilla beans is a labour of love. The beans are each pollinated by hand, processed and matured for over a year to develop the complex character of natural vanilla.
